Logic Rules Factory

Challenge terms

last updated Aug 18, 2026

These terms govern the skill-based Logic Engine beta challenge (the "Challenge") promoted at logicrulesfactory.com and run on our data-simulation platform (the "Simulator"). By entering, you agree to these terms and to the Simulator's terms of service shown at signup.

1. No purchase necessary

Entry is free. No credit card or purchase is required. Paid Simulator features are optional and do not improve your chance of winning.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person, one account. Our employees and contractors are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to enter

  1. Create a free Simulator account through the join link on this site.
  2. Use plain English text to program a simulation logic sequence.
  3. Run the same logic sequence on at least two separate 6-month recorded data tracks on the dashboard.

4. Efficiency benchmark

An entry qualifies if the same logic sequence completes at least two separate 6-month recorded data tracks, and each of those tracks shows a net result of at least 40% versus that track's starting baseline value, as shown on the Simulator dashboard. That 40% figure is the Challenge's efficiency benchmark metric. It is a scoring threshold for this test, not a promise of future results. A single track at 40% does not qualify. A track whose logic sequence never activates — a parked or idle run — does not qualify, even if the displayed result meets 40%. The sequence must fire on each track that counts toward the entry.

5. Reward

The first 10 eligible participants whose qualifying entry meets the benchmark receive a US$10 reward. Order is by the timestamp of the second qualifying completed track on that account. This is a skill-based performance challenge, not a game of chance.

After we verify the run, we send the prize by electronic transfer using the payment details you send to support@logicrulesfactory.com. We may ask for the run identifier, account email, and identity confirmation sufficient to prevent duplicate entries.

6. Verification

We may disqualify incomplete tracks, a single-track result, never-activated sequences, duplicate accounts, automated abuse, or results we cannot reproduce from the saved logic sequence and track settings. Our verification decision is final for this Challenge.

7. Publicity and data

We may show your display name and best-run efficiency on the public leaderboard and use a description of qualifying logic sequences when talking about beta results. Personal data is handled under the privacy notice and the Simulator's privacy policy shown at signup.

8. Changes and termination

We may pause, end, or amend the Challenge if we detect abuse, legal restriction, or technical failure. If we end the Challenge early, we will still honor verified qualifiers already in the first-10 set at that time, unless payment is unlawful.
